Di Juan trained at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. She practised for over 20 years at a number of major hospitals in China and reached the position of ‘Attending Physician – Majoring in Acupuncture’. As a visiting expert, Di Juan later worked in Malaysia running training courses in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She moved to the UK in 2001 and worked in clinics in the south east of England. She opened her clinic in Sidmouth in 2004.
